Refund policy

AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been prepared and are in transit with our deliverers.

​We take great pride in our presentation and content of the products. As our deliveries are made by a third party courier, we will not take responsibility for the product(s) after they leave our premises. In event that the product(s) or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, we will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit depending on the extent of the damage. We will require photo evidence to assess the extent of the damage or issues with the product(s). If it is necessary for any product(s) to be sent back to us due to damage or being faulty, we will refund the cost of the shipping to you.

Our product(s) will not be able to be replaced, exchanged or issued a credit for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.

Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment via credit card or Paypal account used.

RETURNS

Due to Covid-19, we are not currently accepting returns. We do everything to ensure your product(s) is delivered correctly in accordance to the order confirmation.

At times, orders will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:

The address details are incorrect or insufficient

The recipient is not known at that address or has moved.

The recipient was in a hospital or hotel and has been discharged or checked out.

​If the address provided is incorrect, Australia Post or couriers are unable to contact the the recipient to verify, and instead the parcel will be returned back to our premise.

Our product(s) cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address  We will contact you and inform you via email within one week of the product(s) being returned to us. A fee of $12.50 will be charged to you to facilitate the re-delivery of the product(s) to the same or an alternative address.

Due to the perishable nature of our product(s), orders returned to us for any of the reasons above cannot be cancelled and refunded.
