LOCAL PICKUP
For orders that selected local pick ups at our premise (Cafe Blanc), you will be notified when the order is ready to be picked up. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when you collect your order.
Please check above for our opening hours before you collect your order.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We provide deliveries for corporate catering only. We apologise for any inconveniences. Contact us on (03) 9878 2950 or email us on info@aromalily.com.au.
In the event when the recipient is not available to accept delivery or there is no safe drop-off point, all our deliveries have the Authority to leave in a secure place. It is advisable to leave instructions in the shipping address section at checkout.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if the product(s) have not been delivered.
For business, school and hospital address, we do not accept responsibility for product(s) items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception. Please ensure you provide clear instructions in the shipping address section where the recipient is not available at checkout.

COVID-19 IMPACT ON DELIVERY
Delivery delays of up to 10 days in addition to the standard and express delivery dates can be expected due to higher than normal parcel volumes and government border controls.
Due to Victorian Department of Health restrictions on the number of staff working at Victorian facilities, delivery delays can be expected so we thank you for your patience.
All delivery drivers are wearing face masks and using hand sanitisers when on duty.
